DESCRIPTION:“Beyond Culture: Bridging Gaps in Accessibility\, Equity & Inclusion”\nEmployment Equity Partners’ Roundtable provides a shared communication platform for leaders in academia\, business\, civil society\, and the public sector\, to explore: systemic racism and discrimination in the workplace; how power and privilege manifest themselves\, explore how to eliminate biases\, and define pathways for accountability to advance equity and inclusion in Canadian workplaces and the society.
