DESCRIPTION:Are you an avid advocate for what you believe in and passionate about youth health and rights\, or do you want to learn more? \nThe past decade or so has shown us how connected we all are as human beings and how events in one corner of the world can affect the rest of the world. This is why we wanted to create a safe space to exchange realities and ideas about what it means to be a youth advocate for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights around the world. \nCARE Canada and partners invite you to join our virtual event – Speak Up: Youth voices for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) around the world! \nRegister now: \nRegister to attend the event on Tuesday\, February 27th for a panel discussion with inspiring youth SRHR advocates from Canada\, Kenya\, Uganda and Zambia. Panelists will share their unique insights from their regions on youth SRHR\, speak to their own advocacy journeys and show how to take action yourself within this space. Participants can earn a certificate of participation to show off their new knowledge! \nEvent timeline: \nThe event is divided into a 30-minute panel discussion and subsequent breakout rooms with each of the speakers. Select one of the breakout rooms to join after the panel discussion based on your interests or region. You will have the opportunity to explore youth SRHR advocacy in more depth alongside the panelist of your choice and a smaller group of participants. \nCome to learn about and discuss SRHR advocacy\, and network with likeminded youth around the world! \nShare this event with your friends and community!
