SUMMARY:Gender identity\, sexual diversity and health equity in public health
DESCRIPTION:This webinar will be delivered in English with simultaneous French interpretation and live closed captioning. \nPublic health has a critical role to play in stopping hate\, violence\, and harm against the 2SLGBTQI+ community. Action on health equity for people with diverse gender and sexual identities starts with using inclusive language in practice\, research\, and policy\, providing gender-affirming care\, and addressing stigma\, discrimination\, and other structural and social determinants of health. \nJoin us as we learn from a panel of folks working actively in the 2SLGBTQI+ space to support community and public health action on inequities related to gender and sexual identity.
