– Support to central institutions (Ministry of Health, National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics-ANTIM) to strengthen the regulatory framework surrounding digital health, national telemedicine infrastructures and the monitoring system

– Support for health facilities (15 CSCom and 5 CSREF) in the cost-effective use of solar energy and digital health solutions to improve the delivery of care

– Support for the various evaluation and research mandates to improve future decision-making by Malian authorities
