The SAY SRHR project seeks to support to respond to adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) needs in select communities in the districts of Dinajpur and Netrokona in Bangladesh. These select communities are remote rural areas with high rates of multi-dimensional poverty and deeply entrenched human traditional practices that perpetuate gender equality and limit access to adolescent-responsive SRHR services for adolescents and young girls.
World Renew will work with local partners, World Mission Prayer Leagues (LAMB Hospital), Sustainable Association for Taking Human Development Initiatives (SATHI), PARI Development Trust, to create an enabling environment by engaging diverse actors, including family members, community leaders and duty bearers. Levering Salanga’s CoLMEAL framework, World Renew’s proven People’s Institution model will build grassroots capacity to identify and address local needs and empower communities to advocate for sustainable, community-led solutions and policy changes at both local and national levels.
