Canada has signed on to the FP2020 Global Adolescent Data Statement committing to the collection, use and reporting of age and sex-disaggregated data, including for adolescents. In addition to age and sex disaggregation, where feasible and appropriate data should also be disaggregated by factors such as marital status, marginalized status, geographic, wealth and other relevant identifiers.
