Love at First Sight in Toronto!

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:

If a photo speaks 1,000 words, these speak 1,001. Love at First Sight is not a showcase of technical expertise in composition, light, or technique.

This exhibition features photos by our Tanzanian, Peruvian, and Nepali eye care patients after their sight was restored with cataract surgery or glasses.

Each photographer was handed a camera and asked to capture what they loved and missed seeing most.

These moving images celebrate universal human values and the simple pleasures of family, friends, and the beauty in our daily lives.

What do people want to see most when they regain their sight? Love at First Sight offers an intimate answer—through the eyes of former patients who captured what they missed most.

Proceeds from print sales will go directly toward providing sight-restoring care in underserved communities.
