#TheWorldWeNeed: let’s fight for what counts

The Global Fund is calling on the world for new resources to recapture the losses caused by COVID-19 and get back on track toward ending HIV, TB, and malaria, as well as build resilient and sustainable systems for health to strengthen pandemic preparedness.

The choice is clear for Canada: we either heed the Global Fund’s call for increased support and impact, or we abandon the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) target of defeating HIV, TB and malaria by 2030 and remain unprepared for future health threats. Securing ambitious, unprecedented leadership from Canada will require all hands-on deck!

Ahead of World Malaria Day, join us for this webinar to learn, take action, and mark the launch of our #FightForWhatCounts campaign! We will brainstorm together – including with community health workers from Kenya – on how to #FightForWhatCounts to defeat the epidemics, end health inequity, and protect humanity from future pandemics.
