Age Forward Action

We’re inviting older adults aged 50+, caregivers, and healthcare providers across British Columbia to take part in an important survey about access to physical activity programs. This survey is part of a larger project focused on understanding how people discover, navigate, and take part in physical activity opportunities in their communities. Your input will help identify real-life needs, gaps, and opportunities to create supports that make it easier for older adults to stay active and well.

The survey is short, confidential, and takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. It asks participants to reflect on how physical activity information is currently shared, what makes it easier to find programs, and what barriers or unmet needs may still exist. Every response adds valuable insight into how we can improve access, especially for those who may face challenges because of location, mobility, technology, or limited program options. When you finish the survey, you’ll have the chance to enter a draw for one of four $250 gift cards. Your feedback helps strengthen active aging supports in BC— and you could walkaway with a great prize for taking part. Your experience matters, and your participation will directly inform the next steps of this provincial project.
