CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: research papers, opinion editorials, art-based submissions and other scholarly work

Calling all academics, students & young professionals! The Global Health: Annual Review is accepting submissions for our upcoming 8th edition! We are looking for research papers, opinion editorials, art-based submissions and other scholarly work that will spotlight the knowledge and research of global health students and professionals around the world. Share your groundbreaking ideas with us now!

GHAR is an open-access and peer-review journal that provides a platform for the global research community to share their findings, insights, and views. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topics: public health, maternal and child health, mental health, nutrition, environmental health, health policy, war and conflict, education, health economics, health equity, medical ethics and globalization.

Submission Guidelines:

• Research Articles, Reflective Narratives, Opinion Editorials, Art-based Submissions
• Word count between 700 to 1,200 words (not including references, abstract, figure captions or titles).
• Vancouver-style referencing.
• Utilizes the correct article template (provided on the website).
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The document is in .doc or .docx format.

Submissions are open to everyone. We encourage students and young professionals to submit their research, thesis and/or scholarly work. Please submit via the online journal system.
