Authorized to Work in: Canada or UK (eligible to work legally without requiring sponsorship or work permit)
Target Hiring Range: CAD 74,000 – 78,000 / GBP 42,000 – 46,000 per annum (dependent on successful candidate’s work location)
Target Start Date: Early-February 2023
Contract Duration: Full-time, 7-month contract role from early-February 2023 to mid-September 2023

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager drives the implementation the organization’s digital communications plan, supporting Right To Play’s 22 National and Country Offices in their digital marketing efforts, liaising with vendors and partners, and contributing to the HQ Communications Plan. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of international colleagues to help Right To Play acquire, engage, and delight supporters.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the overall management and functioning of the Right To Play website and its seven domains, as well as the relationship with our web agency; digital content creation; paid campaign management; managing Meta Advertising, AdWords, SEO; oversight of Right To Play social media accounts; and liaising with Right To Plays IT and fundraising CRM leads.
You will manage and mentor a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Meetings outside regular office hours may be required on occasion due to time difference.
