Feminist MEAL consultancy – Power to Choose program

Oxfam-Québec is seeking a qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the midterm learning review of project on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

We are looking for consultants with demonstrated experience of feminist research and evaluation as well as gender transformative and rights-based approaches.

Consultants are expected to advise, support and challenge the team on:

1) the execution, structure and content of a flexible, adaptable and utilization-focused multi-country midterm learning review 

2) the application of feminist evaluation best practices and of its feminist MEAL approach
