Grand Challenges Canada’s Global Mental Health program launches second Request for Proposals

Grand Challenges Canada’s Global Mental Health program—one of the largest investment portfolios of global mental health innovation in the world with over $57 million CAD invested towards projects in more than 40 countries—is seeking innovative and transformative approaches to enhance mental health literacy and/or provide youth-friendly services to address the needs of the most underserved 10 to 24 year olds in low- and middle-income countries.

Innovations must take a person-centered, rights-based approach, and must involve young people with lived experiences of mental health challenges from the outset. Successful proposals will be awarded seed grants of up to $250,000 CAD to develop and test the proposed innovation.
