Manager, Digital Strategy

Summary

Cuso International is seeking a Manager, Digital Strategy who will work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders across the organization to design and implement the future of Cuso’s end-to-end digital strategy.

Description

Reporting to the Director, Communications and Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for leading Cuso’s multiplatform digital strategy to acquire and inspire new donors and supporters, as well as increase online revenue. The Manager, Digital Strategy will plan, lead, and supervise the execution of digital marketing strategies that will increase online traffic and prospect conversion. The individual will partner with our agency, the marketing and communications team and Resource Development colleagues to understand the complex matrix of needs across all segments to develop a comprehensive, multi-year digital roadmap.

The role requires a strong grasp of the digital marketing strategies required to drive campaigns from conception to execution to reporting and measurement. Our ideal candidate is a fundraising professional who knows how to connect and engage people digitally. Your digital marketing success is in part driven by your communication, critical thinking and strategic planning skills – the rest is a passion for results informed by metrics and a digital first approach.

As the lead in Cuso International’s digital segmentation strategy, you will have experience in Blackbaud Luminate Online, Raiser’s Edge, TeamRaiser and Charity Automator; experience in WordPress or similar Web Content Management Systems for Donation Management; and/or experience with other content management and email automation systems. You have a proven track record of executing, managing and monitoring digital marketing/fundraising projects across multiple channels.
