Volunteer Assignment, Sustainability Strategy for Building Community Resilience Project (1 Month)

The Jane Goodall Institute is seeking a volunteer with technical expertise and experience to develop a strategy for sustaining the project’s achievements and strategies. This strategy will identify the main avenues and priorities for sustainability based on available project evaluations and reports. Additional stakeholder data collection activities will further inform engagement strategies beyond the project duration. This sustainability strategy will support the establishment of a stakeholder support and accountability framework as a roadmap for the continuation of the project beyond February 28, 2025.

The assignment will last one month and be based at the Jane Goodall Institute office in Senegal, Kédougou. The Jane Goodall Institute will cover all expenses related to the assignment (accommodation, meals, flights, local transportation, communications, travel insurance, etc.). Postage is unpaid. The candidate must have sufficient proficiency in French (written and spoken) and English (reading at least).
