From reinforcing the need to end poverty, to showing the role played by NGOs in delivering vaccinations, to expressing the right of women and girls worldwide to an education, to explaining the challenges faced by people throughout the world as they respond to COVID-19, we have used illustration and videos to open the conversation with Canadians about Canada’s role on the global stage in ensuring a just, equitable and healthy world for all people, everywhere.
These colouring-book pages can be distributed digitally to age-appropriate students, their teachers and classroom assistants, and can be easily printed out on home printers. They are intended to help educators open a dialogue with schoolchildren on the role Canada plays in delivering international aid, and the issues facing people and families worldwide.
