The purpose of this technical note is to provide clear, succinct guidance on creating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans for global health and rights programs. You can consult this guidance note to develop a results-based M&E plan for your projects in a way that is consistent with current best practices.
This note is intended for international development, global health, and global cooperation organizations of all sizes based in Canada. This technical note will help guide the development and implementation of global health programming, including those who have received funding from Global Affairs Canada .
