The Unité de santé internationale (USI) is a major francophone university center in Canada. It is part of the School of Public Health at the Université de Montréal and works to improve population health in low- and middle-income countries. Building on its 35 years of commitment and expertise in global health, USI targets and addresses inequalities by strengthening health systems and local governance. It supports an approach based on partnership, interdisciplinarity, empowerment, development and knowledge transfer.
