Description

The Autonomisation des Femmes et Adolescentes des Communautés du Tchologo (ACT-Femmes) project is dedicated to promoting the empowerment and rights of vulnerable women and adolescents (F/A) in the Tchologo region of northern Côte d’Ivoire. The project’s primary goal is to provide sustainable access to essential services that address their specific needs in sexual and reproductive health (SRH), maternal and child health (MCH), mental health, psychosocial support, and protection (SMPS-P).

Over the course of more than 7 years, ACT-Femmes will focus on mobilizing women and adolescents, especially through local women’s organizations. The project aims to strengthen their capacity to advocate effectively with both political and traditional authorities, ensuring the full realization of their rights and improving their access to high-quality SRH, MCH, and SMPS-P services.
