ADRA Sudan proposes to increase access to food through school feeding at targeted schools in Blue Nile State in Geissan and Kurmuk locality, which is experiencing sporadic conflict and food insecurity. The response will provide cereal (100gm/child/day), pulses (20gm/child/day), vegetable oil (15gm/child/day) and iodine salt (5gm/child/day) to 10 school to feed 5,536 children – both school-going and out-of-school between the ages of 7 and 18 years. Food items selected are as per WFP requirements and ration.
