Description


18-month pilot project, implemented in the urban area of ​​Carrefour-Feuilles, Port-au-Prince.

Objectives:
1) Improvement of Emergency Care Services of the Haitian Red Cross (CRH)

2) Increased ACCESS to emergency health services and epidemic prevention and control measures for men and women living in urban areas.

Main activities :
1) Trainings of CRH volunteers in first aid, psychological and social support, support and reference of cases of violence
based on gender and prevention / control of epidemics
2) Coordination between CRH volunteers, health care providers and communities in the provision of health services
emergency Care.
3) Revision and dissemination of the mobile application in first aid and mapping of emergency care services in the targeted area
4) Community awareness of first aid and epidemic preparedness and response (Contingency Plan)
