Description


HI will provide a 24-month inclusive emergency humanitarian response to critical health and inclusion needs in Government controlled areas of Syria(Homs and Rural Damascus governorates), North East Syria (Raqqa), Yemen (North and South governorates) and Lebanon (Beirut). In alignment with the HRP (Syria, Yemen), and the Lebanon Crisis Plan, the proposed project is designed to target the most vulnerable people in pressing need of humanitarian support as a result of protracted conflict, displacement and economic deterioration, with a focus on persons with disabilities, women, adolescent girls and individuals at risk. The project targets 63,037 (26,245 men; 22,366 women; 7,347 boys; 7,079 girls) to: 

1) Increase access to DGA sensitive multidisciplinary rehabilitation and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services for girls, boys, women, men, older persons and their caregivers affected in GCA (Homs and Rural Damascus governorates), NES (Raqqa), Yemen (North and South governorate) and Lebanon (Beirut); 

2) Increase access to DGA inclusive, integrated Reproductive Health and Gender Based Violence (GBV) services for women and adolescent girls with disabilities and individuals at risk in NES (Raqqa), Yemen (North and South governorate) and Lebanon (Beirut).
