Expected Results


(1) Improve quality of care at the health facility for pregnant women and mother of children under two years of age with particular focus on ante-natal care, health facility delivery, post-natal care and sick-child care;

(2) Improve access to and timely utilization of health services by the pregnant women and mother of children under two years of age;

(3) Increase engagement of women and men in addressing the social and gender barriers for improvement of maternal and child heath in their respective communities;

(4) Improve capacity and accountability of the Health Committee in ensuring quality of care in the health facility.
