Description


The project, implemented in Western Kenya, aims to improve the health of women, including expectant mothers, and children under five years. As part of this initiative, 23 health facilities in the region were equipped with essential medicines and supplies valued at CAD 700,000. These resources have supported the delivery of critical healthcare services and facilitated community outreach activities led by community health workers, ensuring improved access to care for women and young children in underserved communities.
