Results achieved as of March 2011 include the following: Oxfam-Québec’s International Youth Internship Program allowed 20 young Canadians (17 women and 3 men) to acquire international work experience in 20 partner organizations. Each of the 20 partner organizations says it has built its capacity thanks to Oxfam-Québec interns. The 20 interns developed knowledge and skills in organization building, results-based management, equality between women and men, the environment, and public awareness. 95 percent of interns say their career objectives changed or were achieved during their internship overseas.
