Each of the 20 partner organizations says it has built its capacity thanks to Oxfam-Québec interns. The 20 interns developed knowledge and skills in organization building, results-based management, equality between women and men, the environment, and public awareness. 95 percent of interns say their career objectives changed or were achieved during their internship overseas.
