Description


The Polio Plus initiative aims to address a combination of factors that have led to the continued transmission of the polio virus in Pakistan by: increasing the number of children immunized; enhancing community acceptance and the security of health workers delivering the vaccine; and decreasing children’s vulnerability to polio due to malnutrition and illness.

Expected Results
