This SAFER/YEAR 1 project will undertake the economic, technical and environmental assessments needed for design of SAFER while also working with the cooperatives on improved management methods including business and cooperative management. At the end of this SAFER/YEAR 1 project, it is expected that the cooperative boards, ADRA and CFGB will have jointly developed a project that will lead to economically and socially sound development solutions faced by the members of the cooperatives.
