Greater enjoyment of rights by women and girls and promotion of gender equality:
– Improved management, programming and sustainability of local women’s organizations, particularly those representing vulnerable and marginalized women and girls;
– Improved provision of quality services and advocacy by WROs to advance gender equality;
– Increased effectiveness of women’s advocacy platforms, networks and alliances in influencing policy change and the implementation of gender-sensitive policies.
Legal consultation for vulnerable agricultural workers was set up by a partner, Tamkeen.
Four women’s rights organizations (WROs) were given financial support to implement awareness activities regarding women’s rights.
