An Introduction to Indigenous Governance
Cooperation Canada, in partnership with SevGen Consulting Inc., invites you to a two-part training designed for boards and the people who support them in the international cooperation. Join us for a high-impact introduction delivered as two training intensives for accelerated, time-compressed learning. We’ll build shared foundations and language, then move quickly into real-world application so participants leave with clarity, confidence, and practical tools. Expect focused sessions that balance thoughtful listening with interaction, offering clear, practical ways to embed Indigenous governance principles across strategy and culture.
Who Should Attend
Board members, executives, and senior leaders from the international cooperation interested in strengthening their understanding of Indigenous governance and reconciliation. We also encourage anyone who works to support boards in their work to join us.
