This annual conference aims to facilitate conversation about the challenges of delivering accessible and high-quality surgical care to low-resource communities. The conference is hosted by the UBC Branch for Global Surgical Care with the Canadian Network for International Surgery, and the theme for BRT 2022 is Decolonizing Global Surgery. Through the various presentations and discussions, we can showcase diverse perspectives on this topic and inspire collaboration to create solutions for these issues.
