On World Cancer Day, February 4th at 12 p.m. EST/9 a.m. PST, join the Partners In Health Board of Trustees for a wide-ranging discussion on PIH’s work to bring high-quality cancer care to patients in Rwanda.
Dr. Joel Mubiligi, executive director of Inshuti Mu Buzima (as PIH is known in Rwanda); Dr. Cyprien Shyirambere, Butaro district program director at Inshuti Mu Buzima; and Dr. Lawrence Shulman, PIH trustee and director of University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Global Cancer Medicine will share stories, updates, and our vision for the future of this vital work, including the Butaro Cancer Center of Excellence, and how, side-by-side with local communities, we’re redefining what’s possible for cancer care in Rwanda.
