CanWaCH is thrilled to share our newly refreshed data analytics portal! Focusing on sexual and reproductive health and rights, the portal summarizes and visualizes project data, illustrating support provided to advance the health and rights of women, adolescents and girls around the world.

We’re excited to present our newly updated Project Explorer User Portal! The portal allows users and their organizations to enter new projects as well as update existing data throughout the year. It also allows users to collaborate on content, providing a way for you to manage your organization’s projects more efficiently between your teams.

Canadian Collaborative for Global Health: One Year In 

Bringing together global partners and partners in Canada, the second iteration of the Canadian Collaborative for Global Health (CoLabs) aims to generate solutions to urgent data challenges in global health and gender equality, including sexual and reproductive health, gender and nutrition data gaps and research dissemination.

Secure your spot ahead of 2024: The CanWaCH Healthy World Conference

We’re looking forward to everything to come in 2024, including our flagship event, the Healthy World Conference! Join us from May 14 to 15, 2024 on the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehà:ka Nation, also known as Montreal, Quebec. The conference will aim to strengthen the capacity of the Canadian global health sector through climate-conscious, gender transformative action.

International Moment: 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

December 10 marked Human Rights Day and the end of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence. Did you know? Globally, Canadian projects provide over 66 million women, men, boys and girls with sexual and gender-based violence prevention, treatment, care and response services. Visit this page to learn about  efforts seeking to safeguard the health and rights of women and girls around the world.

Project Spotlight: No Woman Or Girl Left Behind 

A joint project between Partners In Health Canada, Partners In Health Sierra Leone and Abwenzi Pa Za Umoyo (Partners In Health Malawi), No Woman Or Girl Left Behind is improving access to sexual and reproductive Health services, strengthening prevention and treatment for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, and increasing the availability of high-quality obstetric care.

Get to know the Women’s Voice and Leadership initiative

Through the Women’s Voice and Leadership initiative, CECI along with national partners are working to strengthen the capacity and activities of women’s organizations, networks and movements in Haiti to enable women and girls to better exercise their rights and advance equality between women and men.
